NOCT3 S3 entry - Digging Deep Feelings
Caleb and Michael made their way up the steps of Altumello’s city hall. The day before, people from around the continent had gathered here to hear the results of the Scientists’ work plus conflicting suggestions of how to proceed from the various city and cause leaders. Some arguments had been yelled and minor scuffles had broken out, but it thankfully hadn’t boiled over into a melee like the one that had wrecked downtown Pannep City.
Not yet at least.
No one from yesterday had left Altumello as everyone wanted to have a say in the decision-making process going forward… It gave the air around Altumello city hall a te

NOCT3 S2 entry - Don't Disturb the Beast
It was the middle of the afternoon – depressingly hot, but at least it was humid too. A drier heat would have doomed Zippy to an even more uncomfortable time. His neck frill was still itchy and painful, a noticeable fraction of it completely burned off after the incident on the beach. He couldn’t be mad at his thunder buddy, though, since the Manectric clearly hadn’t been himself at the time…
A twitch nonetheless started up around Zippy’s neck and rattled down his spine out to his tail; the shudder made the snoozing Charmeleon beneath him stir somewhat. Zippy tried to pretend like it was nothing, but glanced do

NOCT3 R2 entry - Things that Go Bump in the Night
Everything had been more or less like one of Caleb’s normal repair jobs out in the city, though nighttime by now, and ThunderKlaus Jr. was happily helping his master repair whatever-it-was at wherever-they-were (something about heating and cooling and learning?) when his electrical senses suddenly felt a disturbance. A quick whimper escaped his muzzle from his sheer surprise, catching the attention of his trainer and current work partner, the Medicham who seemed fine with no personal name but he called Baruna.
“What’s up, Manectric?” Caleb asked, closing up the unit they had been repairing after all the fighting that

NOCT3 R1 entry - Darkness settles
Caleb was back from an appointment with a citizen’s personal radio, at the front porch of Nicholsen Tech Maintenance Co., when the first signs of the march came into view down the road. In the noticeably still evening air, the marchers were seen well before they were heard, the setting suns in the east backlighting them and filling the clear sky with amber hues. Several seemed to be carrying signs, but most seemed to be marching without adornment and without accompaniment by Pokemon.
He hoped the small Klefki on his shoulder, specially adorned with his tools of the trade, was mostly unnoticeable and non-threatening. Red and Zippy were

6'3" and with larger hands than you might expect of someone who often works with wiring and microchips, Caleb generally comes off with the "gentle giant" look, with neatly cut blond hair, green eyes and a gentle nose highlighting a round and clean-shaven face, and a big-boned torso. His clothing is generally casual, though depending on the project he's working on, you might see him wearing: boots, overalls, rubber gloves, hard hat, etc. He carries himself calmly and confidently, and is usually smiling unless he's
Bijou, Sigma, MUR- 813, and POZ-CORRUPT all sat quietly in their room, Bijou hunched over the Porygon-Z while the two tech Pokemon were simultaneously synced up to her computer. Sigma and Bijou were both doing their best, digitally or physically, to see if they could fix POZ-CORRUPT’s eye injury. That Sandslash had caused massive damage, apparently enough that the hardware destruction was enough to cause the software attempting run on it to malfunction – badly.
After another fifteen minutes of working in dead silence, Bijou sat back a bit, looking at the Porygon-Z’s face, his one eye stubbornly blue-screened.

The Junker coughed a bit as he stepped into the shed; the air in here was always hazy and a little acidic. Jamison’s shack was unfortunately essentially in the middle of their little colony northwest of the omnium, and it was a bit of an environmental hazard recently, to put it in kind terms. It didn’t help that the air had been hot, dry, and stagnant for the past five days, letting the smell of Jamison’s silly experiments simply sit and marinate over their run-down, makeshift little settlement. Mr. Big Secret be dammed, this was getting out of hand.
“Oi! Junkrat! Wha th’ell you on about now? How can ya breat

NOCT2 R4x: Kenton VS Shannoa
Kenton paced around "his room" the night before his fourth round fight. Both he and his upcoming opponent had now lost one of their six Pokemon, so both were now tasting the pain of losing a teammate as well as the peril of what losing again would do to themselves and the rest of their team when everyone was sent back to the bus. The no-longer-all-that-young man was not sure he could handle losing another of his Pokemon, especially in this not-even-real time bubble they were in. He had to plan carefully for his next battle... and yet planning was becoming more difficult to do by the minute as he continued fretting about his situation.
